BY-BM6060 shotgun microphone offers an affordable solution for videographers, filmmakers, and boom operators who need a flexible mic with a narrow pickup angle. Able to run on a single AA battery (NOT INCLUDED) or phantom power, the BY-BM6060 can be used with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, camcorders, field recorders, and handheld audio recorders. The XLR 3-pin output provides a balanced, high-quality connection point.
By incorporating a long interference tube and a supercardioid polar pattern, the BY-BM6060 offers a narrow pickup range with greater side and rear rejection characteristics than shorter shotgun mics, ideal for reducing the capture of ambient sound when recording outdoors.
The switchable high-pass filter attenuates low frequencies to help you control difficult bass issues such as rumble and traffic noise.
