The Comica Audio SIG.LAV V05 MI is an omnidirectional lavalier microphone that lets you record clear and accurate digital speech directly to the lightning port of your iPhone or iOS device—with control over your mic volume and while monitoring your sound.

The cable features an in-line module that houses a volume-adjustment thumbwheel for adjusting the mic's recording level. A 3.5mm audio output allows you to plug a set of headphones and monitor the mic in real-time.

The SIG.LAV V05 MI features an omnidirectional pickup pattern that captures sound from every direction, allowing for a variety of placement options and freedom of movement even when the subject turns away from the mic.

The microphone is powered via a CR2032 battery and there is an LED indicator to alert you when the battery is running low. The metal construction offers shielding from radio frequency noise and a foam windscreen is provided to protect against wind noise.
