The Yongnuo YN300IV LED RGB Panel is small enough to be used on or off-camera, the compact tungsten/daylight-adjustable unit measures 10.2 x 9.2 x 3.9" and has 316 CCT LEDs. It also has 60 SMD RGB LEDs to offer literally millions of custom colours. The light can be controlled by a remote that adjusts CCT and RGB functions as well as brightness control.
